Problem: Pump doesn't work.

Possible reasons and solutions . . .
 
1. Pump is not charged.

Perform the following steps to determine if pump is charged.

a. Remove the protective cap from the air release valve by turning counter-clockwise.
b. Open the protective rubber cap on the pump.
c. Press the mouth of the pump into position on the valve and turn clockwise until pump locks in to place and turns on.
If pump does not turn on, it needs to be charged. Charge pump according to directions in instruction manual included with your aero® product, or see instructions on this website.

 

Problem: Pump is charged, but does not turn on when connected to valve.

Possible reasons and solutions . . .

1. Pump is not correctly connected to valve.

 

2. Reattach pump to valve mouth. Turn pump clockwise until it locks. Turn one-quarter turn clockwise further until pump turns on.

 

3. Pump is defective.

Your aero® pump is guaranteed to be in perfect condition when you receive it, and is guaranteed to perform under normal usage conditions for one year from the date of purchase. 

If, upon purchase, you discover your pump is in some way defective, or if a part breaks within the warranty period, contact Technical Assistance or return it to the place of purchase for a refund. All parts are replaceable.
