Problem: Mattress Topper doesn’t appear to be holding air

Possible reasons and solutions . . .

1.	Check connector(s) at both the pump and Mattress Topper. All connectors should be attached securely to the tubing to prevent air leakage. All connectors must be tightened completely. Hand tighten only – do not use tools. This is the most common problem when the Mattress Topper doesn’t appear to be holding air.
2.	If you have a puncture or tear in your Mattress Topper, it may be possible to repair the damage by using the Vinyl Repair Kit included with your Mattress Topper. Follow all instructions and heed all warnings included in the repair kit. To obtain a new vinyl repair kit, contact Customer Service.

 

Problem: Mattress Topper doesn’t appear to be inflating

Possible reasons and solutions . . .

1.	Check all connections and make sure they are tight. NOTE: On King-size Mattress Toppers with dual controls, pump will inflate, deflate or allow adjustments on one side at a time. Only one control wand will work at a time. It takes 2-3 minutes to fully inflate the Mattress Topper depending on size.
2.	Make sure the pump is plugged in. Plug pump into any standard polarized 220 – 240 volt AC electrical outlet. (110 volt product sold outside Europe) To inflate Mattress Topper, firmly depress the inflate button on the comfort control wand and make sure that the pump is activated. Pressing softly will not activate pump.

 

Problem: Pump does not fit under bed

Possible reasons and solutions . . .

1.	Simply place pump on side of bed, or reverse the topper and put the pump in front of the bed.

 

Problem: Mattress Topper has a broken part

Possible reasons and solutions . . .

1.	Your Aero Mattress Topper and pump are guaranteed to be in perfect condition when you receive it. The Mattress Topper and pump are also guaranteed to perform under normal usage conditions for one year from the date of purchase.
2.	If, upon purchase, you discover your Mattress Topper or pump is in some way defective, or if a part breaks within the warranty period, contact Customer Service - all parts are replaceable.

 

Problem: Mattress Topper moves around on mattress

Possible reasons and solutions . . .

1.	Make sure deep fitted mattress cover and sheets are securely fit around Mattress Topper and bed mattress.
2.	For ultimate comfort and performance: Use with an extra thick mattress pad and deep fitted sheets.
